ORDERING ONLINE
Inventory
Jackstraw is a very small shop and we keep a very limited inventory. We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but sometimes we are out of synch. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the item you have ordered will still be in stock. Rest assured, you will not be charged for your item until we have confirmed it is in stock. If you would like live confirmation of an item before you purchase, please call us at 206.462.6236 during business hours, M-S 10AM-6PM, Sundays 12PM-5PM.
Payment
All products remain Jackstraw's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. All transfers conducted through Jackstraw are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.
International Orders
International orders can be made over the phone. Please call during store hours to place your order M-S 10AM-6PM, Sunday 12PM-5PM
Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order is placed. In addition, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our Policy
Returns accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Shoes must be unscuffed (when trying on shoes, please walk on a protected, soft surface). If, upon receipt, we deem the item unsuitable for return, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please take care of our products.
To Complete Your Return Or Exchange
If you intend to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Email customer service at shop@jstraw.com for a RA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In your email, please state your full name, order number, and the reason for your return. We will then issue you a RA number. Alternately, you may call us during store hours at 206.462.6236. RA number must be included inside your order, or written on the outside of the box. We do not provide return shipping, and items must be received within 7 days of the RA number issue. Jackstraw is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend UPS or FEDEX for this reason. Consider insuring shipments.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within seven business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
